Just FYI, hops are very bad for dogs. One of my brew buddies spilled some hops on the floor when he was brewing one day and his dog ate them. Next thing he knows, the dog is panting like crazy. He took the dog to the emergency vet and they managed to save him but it was very close. I don't think a few laps of beer is going to hurt a dog much but I'd keep him away from IPAs.
