It's eel sauce and spicy mayo premixed together.

I went back to Yama in December and they were making in house smoked salmon. Ask for it if you go, it is nothing like regular smoked salmon.

It was fresh salmon with a light smoke to it, but not enough to smoke it all the way through. Think of it as salmon that was made tataki style with smoke.

Well someone didn't read the thread because I said Ginza.

Kamado (what it was before) was where I lost my sushi virginity when I was in middle school.

I would kill for some Ichiban right now. Sushi in Funroe is beyond awful.
