Nothing wrong with cannabis, wouldn't advise it while pregnant for the risks of anything. But meth, should be punched in the face repeatedly.

Is meth/weed really THAT detrimental to a fetus?

Well considering what it's obviously done to her I would say yes. You've seen what fricking sugar does to kids imagine what meth does to a fetus, that little fricker could kick your spine out of your back.

Probably a troll posts but weed can't be that bad. How many babies were made during the 60's?

Why is the mother being held accountable for her fetus's drug issues?

I'll never understand what's wrong with some of the people in this world. Heart goes out to that innocent baby. That person deserves to be locked away for a long, LOOOOOONG time and never allowed to see the child. That child is already gonna have enough problems probably. No need in adding anymore to that child's life.
