and i love my quest bar!!! could it be holding me back that bad
Well, it's closer to eating a snickers than you would think
Nearly all fats are good for you aside from artificial fats like margerine and shortening (trans fats). Animal fat, butter, avocado, nuts, seeds, olive oil, omega 3 fish filets, cheese.
Here, both of these can help you.

lol, then eat it. Just compensate for it throughout the day with better carbs.

will running help my stamina during sex? If so i rekon i might have to start excising
No clue. I don't run. Haven't run in about 9 years.
Sounds like you need to set up a Scientific Experiment

i will figure it out. The bar really helps keep me full from 10-1 without eating alot of calories. and after my chicken at night it keeps me full and from snacking on junk food

You're eating 2 quest bars / day. Eat the one in the late morning and then replace the second one with a handful of almonds or healthy fat.

You will need to intake more protein and calories if you start running a good bit.
doesn't your body use a lot more carbs and fat for energy usage and not really protein. So taking in more carbs will result in more stored muscle glycogen... more glucose= more energy during exercise. Right?

I personally don't know but my morning shake has more carboline than protein and my post workout shake has glutamine
I don't know what any of that shite does

Yes, but if you don't use all of that glycogen, it will store in your body as fat. Me, personally as a competitor, my body is trained to run on proteins.

glutamine is great for post-workout... have you considered trying some BCAAs intraworkout or post?

I might as well be retarded when it comes to working out (other than cardio) so I don't know what that is
I came home with 6 jars of powder from total nutrition. I would've bought more, but I'm obsessive so I didn't want to freak my wife out

how many calories are you eating a day? Are you trying to gain or lose?
im asking because i started at the beginning of month myself. Im a short mfr 5'6 and weigh 158 right now. Im wanting to be 150, but im not losing any weight at all. Im at the gym 4-5 days a week working out, sticking to a 1200-1300 calorie a day diet. But not dropping lbs.
could i be losing inches of fat but putting on muscle? Im not measuring, just using a scale. Im not doing any cardio. But i am staying consistant with the diet and weights. I only eat baked turkey breast, baked chicken breast, steamed veggies, quest bar and protein shakes. Just not dropping freaking lbs! its been a month
