Pulled pork nachos tonight

Got off work this morning and rubbed down a Boston butt. Used Mexican seasoning and white wine vinegar, then started it in the crockpot. Has the house smelling good by now. Will shred for Nachos tonight.

Sounds good. I need to revisit my crock pot. She's probably wondering where I've been, now that I have a box smoker and cook sous vide. She's definitely gathering dust. I miss coming home to the delectable aroma.

Are you adding additional liquid to the pot?
I always feel like I have to have the meat completely covered with liquid, but I guess this is not necessary.

Love pulled pork nachos! Really pulled pork anything. Fat Harry's on St. Charles Ave. has some good pulled pork nachos FYI :)
