Question for OT eye doctors

Got diagnosed a week or so ago with a pterygium. Took a five day run of pred mild eye drops. The drops didn't do anything, and now its bigger and basically covers most of the outside part of the eye.
This morning, when I was in the dark and opened my eye, there was a circle with 10-12 parallel lines that I'd see. It would come and go as I blinked. It is still there.
Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated.

you mean concentric circles?

No, it is a circle with lines going horizontally through it.
