I have no problem letting it stand since he willingly offered it. However, I respect your willingness to make it more fair.
No one has said anything about a veto or reworking the deal, but I guess the two of you are welcome to even up the deal.
This is pretty uncharted waters for me because I have never seen a trade like this in a non-keeper.

Your opinions of Bumgarner's value and a SP's just differs than mine...on paper it doesnt look good, but it serves me well catching up in runs, SB's and staying up there in OPS with Addy. I prefer stats 5 or 6 days a week as opposed to once every 5 days.
Kris Bryant will be a top 25 offensive fantasy player this year, not in 2017 and Addison Russell will be a better 2B/SS option than almost everyone has on their teams today ( minus Cano, Kinsler, Tulo, etc.) Lets wait a week or 2 and see what Addy does and then I'll take the heat for the dumbest trade in this leagues history

I put Addy at .810 OPS, 65 runs scored, 60 RBI's, 15 hr's and 18 SB's....if he plays everyday in that lineup with Rizzo, Bryant, Soler, etc.

I bid $63 on him not thinking someone would give their entire budget for the year on a guy....I also now have my budget to bid big on the next closer, or whoever, that becomes the guy because of injury, etc.
