What is your OTC pain reliever of choice?

For those of you in Rio Linda, OTC means over the counter.
naproxen
ibuprofen
acetaminophen
aspirin
I know most OTers just pop Vicodin on the reg but not everybody has a good crooked doctor for that.

It depends on the pain:
Ibuprofin - sore muscles and joint swelling
Aspirin - Headaches
Acetaminophen - fever

If we're talking musculoskeletal, hard to go wrong with ibuprofen or naproxen.
If we're talking headache, it's acetaminophen/asprin/caffeine(Excedrin or BP).
