I skip breakfast. I eat a huge lunch around 12:00-12:30 and a sensible dinner around 6. Best way to keep weight off IMO.

most mornings my go-to breakfast is:
about 8-10oz plain old fashioned oats
handful of almonds (maybe 12ish)
banana

I'm following the instructions from these two guys who are ripped.

I'm going to do a big breakfast and a big lunch

very small dinner

shake in the morning
preworkout shake
postworkout shake

i would have to disagree. I'd say thats the worst thing to do.

You really want to get all your calories in evenly portion meals throughout the day.

and sometimes i swap the oatmeal for a few handfuls of oatmeal squares cereal. not as good for you but still has a lot of fiber & protein and is pretty low on sugars.

1 Cup "Organic Apple Juice" w/e that means

1 Cup Strawberries

Half Bannana

2 Cups Spinach
1 Cup Brocolli florets
1.5 Cups carrots
.5 Cups Kale

what I'm gathering from this thread is I should swap the grits for oatmeal

I did buy a shitload of oatmeal so that's good

and also ditch the meat in the morning
