Recently was offered a sales position with a logistics company that would require me to me drive throughout the Dallas/FW area. First job out of College and was looking for some tips regarding housing and leasing in the area.

Any say on how much I can expect to pay on leasing per month?

Thanks!!

Irving. Specifically around the old Texas Stadium site.

You won't be working in one part of the metroplex more often than others?

Young, single and no kids.. Uptown

After a while it will get old, while it's full of hot brawds, it's also douchebag central and full of $30k millionaires.

But during that run it was epic.

M streets and Greenville area around SMU are very good for that age group. A lot cheaper than uptown and also good amount of bars and nightlife. Close enough to highland park to get all the perks without paying highland park prices
