Uptown if you like that scene.

I'm recently out of college and live in Las Colinas and enjoy it.

Recently was offered a sales position with a logistics company that would require me to me drive throughout the Dallas/FW area. First job out of College and was looking for some tips regarding housing and leasing in the area.

My tip to you would be to frick as many hot chicks as possible while you are young. Good luck!

Addison is ok too. Look at Addison Circle. Not quite as expensive as Uptown.

Honestly though, i'd find out where you'll be driving most of the time and choose somewhere close. DFW traffic sucks.

Unless you are working in a suburb and really need to be close to to your job, do not live outside of Dallas. These people are idiots who are recommending Irving/las Colinas, Arlington, even Addison, these places do not cater to younger people and are not near as fun. Uptown if you can afford it, The Village or Greenville area if you need to be a little more frugal, both will be great for a young person. Tons of hot pussy in Dallas, it's fun.

For the most part I agree, although Addison does cater to the young professional.

That said Uptown is the best option.

In case you didn't hear the others: MOVE TO UPTOWN!

Check out the Trianon (1br are around $1200), or the Glass House (more expensive, more loud bros).

My wife had a recruiter position for a college in Dallas. We lived near Addison. Our rent was $1,000/month.

The apartment had easy access to the Dallas North Tollway and the George Bush.

Great place if you want your wife or daughter to get raped.

Not called Rape Highlands for nothing.

They're is a reason why all the money outside Dallas proper is in Collin Co.

LOL you're laughable. Other than HP it's the best HS in Dallas. It's got stable and increasing property values and they're tearing down apartments. It's very safe and for 300-400k the best option.

FTR I don't even live in Dallas, but of the many, many UP/HP folks I know you're the only one I've ever heard trashing LH. Half of Park Cities lived there at one time.

Laugh away champ, just telling what's is called around here.

LH has "D" crime RATING, every 5yrs there is a serial rapist on the loose, look up the stats.

There is a reason why many moved from the area, it's called Rape/crime.
