If oil stays below $60 for another year then which markets do you see getting hurt the most? I'm not in the O&G industry so I don't know exactly where the people who are getting laid off live and are buying houses.

Houston, Katy, and Lafayette? How affected (if at all) are housing markets in Austin, San Antonio, and the Dallas metroplex?

We've established this. But, where do these people live? Will they be selling and foreclosing on their homes to go elsewhere? Is it the corporate offices that are laying people off, or is it mostly in the field?
