It's actually really good. One night a few years ago while I was less than sober the idea popped in my head and I started googling. Found a recipe and I've tweaked it a little since then. Give it a shot.

I made my return visit to Charcoal's for their happy hour.

While cheap, the food is largely the same.
Too much bread, though the burger was cooked to requested specs.

Thanks. I'm pretty sure I need more meat. That signature turtle soup flavor is there but not strong enough.

mAHI mAHI Court Bullion and Shrimp Boudin Balls........Red Fish was $24/ lb and Mahi $15....I think Mahi is a better fish so.

People love it, but I am not a fan. Nor am I into buffalo chicken lasagna or the buffalo chicken dip. Made some a while back and threw it all away 2 days later
Weird because I love buffalo sauce.
