I just started watching it this season and I am hooked. I just love the show.

For people who follow it, can you share your thoughts on this:

A lot of entrepreneurs come on the show and when asked by the sharks if they will quit their day time job to focus on the startup full-time, most of them say yes readily. Many of them go on to say who they hate their day jobs and they'd just rather work on their idea. But don't these guys fear about any repercussions at work? What if their boss/manager sees the show when it airs? Why would you want to keep somebody who doesn't really want to work there?

Yeah it's a pretty good show except for that black guy who is always the first one out. He's pointless to the show.

Shark Tank is in season 6. I have watched every single episode to date. I love this show.

I have not heard people say they hate their job very often. The episodes generally air 6 months after taping, so hopefully they would have already quit anyway.

Damion (spelling?) invests in most of the fashion businesses. That is his specialty as founder of FUBU. He is also likely to do a black-person centric business or something related to jewelry. If there is a black lady pitching a business, Damion is likely to invest in her business or at least seriously consider. He is often the first one out on everything else though. They have used him a lot less in season 6, instead having Barbara and Lori on at the same time.

My favorite is when one of the sharks goes to town on a terrible concept or business model - usually Kevin. Cuban went to town on a patent troll once and that was great.

The only downside to this show is watching adults cry, usually women. Nothing worse than watching a grown person cry. That should be done in private only, if ever.

I'd marry Lori without a prenup.

Wait, really? Daymond is usually always the last shark standing. Mr. Wonderful is the first guy out most of the time. Maybe past seasons were different...because I just started watching it this season and that is what I have seen.

Through Season 4, episode 19, he had actually done the 2nd most deals.

You're talking out of your arse. Daymond makes a lot of offers.

probably the coolest item that's ever been on the show.

What show are you watching? John is often right there in the mix. I'd say Cuban goes out first the most often by a lot.

And yet another ridiculous talking point shot down by data. Notice the several racially tinged remarks in the thread as well. Yeah, no racism at all left.

Yea, it's Kevin who is always the first out or he stays in by giving a garbage offer.

Love the show! I recently got hooked on it.

And I don't think I've ever seen one of the people say they hated their day job. Most of them have already quit their job and are 100% in their own business.

And Kevin is the one who hardly does any deals. Usually is a dick and gives terrible royalty deals only. Seems like kind of a waste on the show honestly.

That one was great. He thought he was going to out smart the sharks. And Cuban put him in his place.
