Since I don't have a mortgage anymore, I got this. Good Investment?

As some of ya'll know my grandparents gave me a house about 8 months ago. QueenRanch and I sold our house in BR and have been living debt free for 8 months. I made this purchase yesterday at the Dallas Safari Club Convention. I feel a gun like this will never depreciate, and since I don't have a mortgage I said what the hell. They gave me a 15 year fixed at 2.5%.

Maybe a vacation property, camp, or rental property with a return on your investment would have been a better choice.

Solid troll. No one is giving 2.5% on an antique gun.

That value of that gun will hold up better than any car, truck or boat. Good choice, truly a piece that can and will last lifetimes. You grandkids will thank you as long as they can understand what they have been given...

Doesn't know guns.

My father has a Westley Richards double rifle is 450/400 nitro. He got it for $300, it's now worth 28k.

For that kind of money you could have bought a mint condition all original Gibson Les Paul from 1958-1960 with the original humbucker pickups.

The guitar will appreciate more than that gun.
