I have lump crab meat. Any solid recipes?

My go to is the recipe on the old bay spice can but I broil them (not fry). The less spice the better.

Less is more.
Especially when mixing. That's the #1 piece of advice. It should almost be falling apart as you gently place them in the oil.

Make a rather thick bechamel (you can sauté some finely chopped onions and bell peppers in the butter you use), fold in the crabmeat, lightly coat in panko bread crumbs, pan fry in olive oil, or olive oil and butter.
