Expensive lesson to learn. I'd give OLOL all sorts of hell.
It's always good to learn ahead of time what hospitals and urgent care centers and ER rooms are in network.

Sounds like copay doesn't go into effect until you meet the deductable..

I'd pay the bill but raise all kinds if hell about the staff telling you they were an in network provider facility. They can't be doing that shite to people to keep numbers up.

The urgent care prob isn't part of OLOL, thus you now are stuck out if network.
