On the first page of the Rant: 10 threads about Coach O, ONE about Steele.

It's gotta mean something when no one gets excited about the new DC. I watched his presser. His demeanor strikes me as similar to Cam's, as does his philosophy of his job being a collaborative effort and seeking outside help.
If you love Cam and thinks he does a good job of running an offense, you'll love Steele.

After the presser I was a little more optimistic about Steele. I'm going continue to be optimistic until he gives me a reason not to be.

I'm not one of the sandy vaginas that will get on here and complain in every post. I'm willing to listen to what people have to say. Personality wise, Steele strikes me as a Cam Cameron type. We now have two Cams on staff, whatever that means. Probably not as good as Chavis lol.
ETA: I'm not melting. I am making observations. If anything, the Orgeron orgasms are subtle melts about Steele.

Coach O and Steele. Two completely different personalities. Some will like Steele and some will dislike him. Everyone will like Orgeron

Coach Steele definitely doesn't strike me as a YAW YAW type. I think what will happen is that we will have up years and down years on the defense. With Chavis we had up-and-down offenses and consistently good defenses. Now I think we will have both an up-and-down offense and an up-and-down defense. Just my opinion.

So you were able to assess Steele's personality during a 4 minute press conference? I'm sure you are using your extensive and meaningful contact with Cam as a basis for comparisons.
