Shop around, but give Choice Title a call. They have an office in Baton Rouge on Sherwood Common.

Yea, I've called Platinum, Cypress, and Commerce. All are within $200 which leads me to believe I'm not going to save that much but every bit helps...

I've always used Baton Rouge Title. They were the cheapest of the quotes I got.

I just did Choice Title. It was a fsbo home so they gave me $100 off their normal fees.
