Doing Boston in April. Good luck to you. First marathon or what? This will be my first.

This will be my second, I ran the St. Jude Memphis Marathon last month. I'm also running the RNR full the following weekend.

while this will be my second official marathon, I did run the Grand to Grand Ultra back in September, which was a 7 day, 176 mile, self supported, stage race through the grand canyon.

Just doing the half. Not in marathon shape any more, and the desire just isn't there right now.

How is Boston your first? How did you qualify?

Not running as a qualified runner. I would have to have a qualifying time of around 3 hours, and I have no problem admitting that that's never going to happen.

Running with a charity.

Running the full. Im under trained due to injuries so it's going to suck.

Abitafan, which charity are you running for. How's that $5,000 fundraising minimum going? I ran it the last two years for ALF. Good luck, its a amazing race.

These races are getting out of control with their prices. I signed up for RNR after running Louisiana the past 2 years. But Louisiana always runs out of food which sucks for the marathoners!
