I get that she got the cue she was on air and wanted the make-up lady out of there...but that definitely seemed excessive. count-like move to me.

I don't know if that was the right way. The right way is to joke about it. However, maybe the make-up person was incompetent and I don't have much patience for incompetence either. That said, the push seemed to have some vitriol behind it.

Um. She probably has a production person in her telling her she is on air. What else should she do? Stop what she is doing, have a 10 second conversation with the makeup person?
