There are no events or conferences scheduled at Pinehurst. This is a private meeting all the way with someone (or more) who could have flown in from anywhere.

the plane didn't go to BR to pick up Miles, so that flight could be anything.

Not a suburb of Charlotte dude.
And that plane (if you look at the logs) was at that same airport on December 26 -- well before LSU was looking for a new DC.
The plane is not exclusively used by LSU.
It's owned by Acadian Ambulance and can be chartered by anybody.
For all we know, the Acadian Ambulance CEO has vacation home in Southern Pines. Lots of OT ballers do.

Since when is every interview conducted in-person?
Seems like Alleva is spending a lot of money sending Miles to Dallas, Atlanta, Nashville, South Florida and Charlotte in a private jet in search of a new DC.

Also, that plane has been to/from Moore County Airport 7 times since September 10. Almost always to/from Lafayette.
I guess Les Miles be chilling with Michael Jordan every weekend smoking a big bowl.
