I agree. Obviously he is not the best X & O's guy or on the time management, but he will have the talent.
Yes, there are a lot of teams that have the talent but what I've always believed is that it takes that great bulk of talent paired with 5-10 guys with that "top end talent". Looking back at the past few champs, they are 1 or 2 great players better than we are.
It will come down to the QB, but we don't need the superstar, we need the 200-250 ypg, 60% completion, and a 2/1 TD/INT ratio.

Les is a born fighter...it's almost like he needs adversity to rise to the occasion...in the boxing game, he would be considered a counter-puncher...jmho

I think the defense is going to be fine. We've got the best set of tackles coming back next year that are going to turn heads. We've a little thin at LBs
but deep at DBs. I'm wondering if Cory Thompson would help out at LB....just a thought...what we have to solve is the QB deal...personally, I'm betting on Harris to also rise to the occasion...jmho
