It's bad in Baton Rouge in general, but I rarely have issues in that neighborhood. It's much worse downtown, near LSU, and in St. Gabriel.

Probably because it suck in NOLA's garden district too. ATT didn't want BR > NOLA.

Probably several contributing factors.
Zoning ordinances prohibit or discourage towers
Lots of mature trees degrade signal strength at ground level
Dense population with heavy wireless use ties up available comm channels

Once Chavis was let go, so much hot air left the area the corresponding cell towers were unable to gather enough heat to function..in other words it's all Les fault...
