"We thought because it's Mardi Gras we needed something French, so we got a Pilsner malt in from France, added a little wheat and then we added this great Belgian yeast and we finished it off with Centennial hops and dry-hopped it with Citra hops."

Tried to get Wise to go drink one on Tuesday but dude went cold turkey on me.
I want a tap handle for the lady because Muses is her GOAT parade.

I haven't yet but will tomorrow. Another NOLA beer where profits go to a charitable cause. Love drinking for charity.

That is a great tap handle. Nola should look into doing a Zulu themed beer (maybe a coconut porter?) with a coconut tap handle.

We were at the tap room drinking Monday night and I asked to see the handle. The bartender said he couldn't "unveil" it until the Muses release party Tuesday night.
I had seen my muses women putting it all over facebook already, I just wanted to see the handle.

I had it tonight at High Hat. It was ok, but I wasn't blown away. I realize it's an all day type of beer, but I need more flavor.

I was kind of expecting that since this beer needs mass appeal.
