Some guys I know were catching them on jigs on the bayou that feeds lake Bistineau last month.

Got any more info? With the shitty duck hunting I've been having, fishing is sounding more and more enticing.

That would be Dorcheat. And they were biting good on Bistineau at the Port before all this rain. Its time for Claiborne to get heated up too. Good time for the elusive white perch up here

Don't know where you're located, but the fact you're using the word "sacs", this probably won't help you...

But I know a couple guys that live on Caddo and they've been doing real well.

Caught 87 with my dad Friday and 93 with a couple buddies Saturday. All around bayou black area.

Damn good haul right there!

I'm hoping to get on a few as soon as this hunting stuff wraps up.

This was on the hot days. I'm not to intrigued on hunting when its hot. That's the best days to fish during the winter.

Where I live, they won't start until late Feb, early March. Bass should start up soon, though.

Sacs is better than the word crappie. I normally catch them in the tchefuncte, des allemans, private ponds.
