not the camp just the sewer tank, assuming that it’s a floating camp and not a navigable vessel
Just went through this whole process. You have to register any houseboat now. You have to fill out an Affidavit of non-motorized houseboat, get it notarized, then either mail or carry yo...

Have a 2013 Mercury 25 outboard that stays out the weather. It has push button electric start, and it will not start unless I pull it out in the sun and let it sit for a while. Its something to do with the cold. Anyone ever had this problem? Only thing I can think of is a computer issue. I had so...

Where you located? There are a few options where I am. There is a guy not far from me that built many muboats over the years. Built my dads in 1995 and still using it today. He has a E82 Subaru in it, not a V6 or V8....
Is that a removable outboard? Therein lies the problem with "keel" cooling
It is just as simple. Remove 2 hoses if taking off the boat. Would have to bleed air every time, but its not that big of a deal. ...

Most are built into the bottom of the boat. It uses the water underneath to cool off the water in the keels and circulates through the motor and back to the keels. It can sit at idol in the yard and just the amount of volume going through the keels are enough to keep the motor cool. The key is...

It can be cooled by a simple keel cool system. Most mudboats with car engines have them now. If it can cool a V8 I'm sure it can keep up with a 50 Outboard. My dads E72 Subaru mudboat has this set up since 1995 and still works great....

Hunting with 2 other buddies in the Wax. Boat started running bad and had a friend at the campground come tow us in. On the tow back to the campground, Green Jeans decided to pull us over. Long story short, my buddies hopped in his boat for the tow and I had 8 ducks with me in my boat. All their ...

New 50 HP Pro-Drive Outboard

Has anyone seen or heard anything about the new Pro-Drive? I thinks its a 50HP Tohatsu Outboard, but would still need a way to be water cooled. Maybe some kind of internal keel cool. Here is a few screen shots I took of KP's video. ...
