A. 100 degrees with a relative humidity of 80%.
B. 20 degrees with a slight wind.

The worst would be 40 and raining... I'd take 100 or 20 and dry over that.

Went to a night game in November 2011 at Soldier Field. 35-40 degrees, pouring, and really windy. I was prepared clothing-wise, and it still sucked arse. Cold rain is by far the worst.

100 degrees every day... I couldn't deal with 27 this AM... No way I could tailgate in 20* weather
