I know we didn't have Pierre, Ivory, Graham, Jenkins, Bush was pulled and who else was out that game?

The defense didn't show up because their vaginae hurt.

Julius Jones, not exactly a no name, but will never be confused with an All-Pro. Then again, what do you expect to find on the market half-way through the season.

Don't believe the Saints had the team to win it all in 2010 like they did in 09 and 11, but with a healthy running game I believe they could've made a serious run. They went into a stadium facing a team playing with house money and absolutely nothing to lose, they didn't belong and went balls to the wall and everything clicked. I remember being nervous as frick for this game because I believe the Saints were around 11 point favorites, which is absurd.

I want to say we lost fujita and Jenkins in the bucs game. That defense was a shell of what they were the entire season

People often forget that the Saints defense was top 5 in 2010. They lacked turnovers, but everything else was solid.

Reggie Bush dropped a pass in the red zone on third down where he would have walked into the endzone and made it 14-0.
Instead, we kick a chippy, go up 10-0 and the momentum shifted away from there.

We were down quite a few players but we made too many errors to keep Seattle down and out at home.

It's the defense. It's always them. They lost that game. They lost the one in San Francisco and can be attributed to a majority of the losses in the last 9 years.

Wow the 2010 seems like a blur to me. Pretty average year until that playoff BS happened, but I don't remember us being that good on defense. Of course we always shite the bed when it matters

The 2010 defense feasted on bad offenses all season.

HAHA although they gave up the last 2 drives, I'd blame the offense more for that loss. 5 turnovers and only allowing 13 points is a miracle. That means the defense held SF to 23 points not counting turnovers. Lets not include the fact that the possessions that were turnovers costed us points as well. The first one I can't blame PT though.

Us -> Them
Fumble -> Punt
INT -> TD (7)
Fumble -> FG (10)
INT -> Punt
Fumble -> FG (13)

Them -> Us
Fumble -> End of half (3 incomplete passes)
