It seems like it would be a natural. Its nickname is "Old Sober" for its supposed hangover-curing abilities.

I've never really like that kind of noodle.
Broth, compared to pho, isn't great.

That egg looks good though.

I don't get the fascination with yakamein. Pho is a million times better and more readily available.
