Goes to show that even Nick Saban can't win every game or as NC every year. Does Bama's season ending loss make this 8-5 year a bit more palatable?

That game and the rest of the SEC West showing in the bowls just made me feel even worse about our offense. The Bama and Ole Miss bowls in particular. Ohio State almost scored at will with a 3rd string QB. TCU scored at will with a guy that was moved to WR last season he sucked so badly! IT hurts to see other teams develop QBs so easily, and we struggle to throw for 150 yards a game. I'm so freaking sick of it. I'm usually not so negative, but there is no other way of describing it. OUR PASSING OFFENSE IS A JOKE.

None of them were drafted as juniors? I'm shocked!

And two of the three that completed their careers at LSU were JL and JJ. The other was a JC transfer...

Wow. Great research by

Under Miles, LSU has signed 13 quarterbacks in 10 classes, a normal number.

What’s not normal: Only three of those players completed their careers at LSU at quarterback: Lee, Jefferson and Mettenberger.

That total of 13 includes two QBs on the current roster: Harris and Jennings. Still, 3 of 11 is a low percentage compared to other Southeastern Conference schools that have not undergone a head coaching change since Miles arrived at LSU in 2005.

No just verifies the point that Saban with an average team still beats Miles.

No. If anything, it has made it worse. We are much further away from being in a playoff than originally thought.

Why does this even make sense in your head enough to ask? Teams lose on occasion. Especially when playing good teams. I suppose there's one or two idiots in here that expect LSU to go undefeated every year but sheesh

Bama still won the SEC championship, that's the goal every year.

They were never some unbeatable force this year.

LSU and Arkansas both should have won their games against them. Ole Miss and Ohio State beat them.

The SEC was not nearly what we thought it was this year.

TCU would have stomped Bama, and I think others would have a chance. No way Bama was top 4. They didn't deserve beating us, more less a top 4 ranking.
