I haven't been to the city for New Years Eve in at least 15 years.
Too many assholes out and about. Restaurants are a cluster fck. Drinks are overpriced.
Bama fans everywhere this year will make it worse.

Just to be an end of the year nice guy type: The Rusty Nail in the warehouse district is a large bar owned, as I was told anyway, by some bama fans. They usually have large parties for their brother rednecks when bama is in town, complete with numerous bama flags/posters all over. Great live music & the scenery is always top grade. Am sure it's having something for bama fans that nite.
