Thanks for the input, guys. Trying to choose with some buddies between there and Breckenridge.

Obviously the discount lift passes are a big draw, but the drive from the airport looks pretty awful. I did check out the town on the internet though and it looks really awesome..I'm kinda trying to talk them into going over there but we're keeping a fairly tight budget

I've been checking onthesnow.com religiously for the last week. Saw that the Canyons in Park City is offering a stupid early season deal that ends right before Sundance kicks off.

That site has info about everything slope related you can want.

Assuming youll have to fly either way you should check out Breckenridge CO. Skiing on the east isnt that bad either you just have to know where to go like Smugglers Notch, Stowe even Snowshoe Mountain gets good snow. If you arent within driving distance to the upper Appalachian Mountains you should just fly out to Colorado.

Got a season pass to Breck for Christmas, so I plan on getting up there at least 8-9 times this season. Luckily, flights out of Dallas are direct and not that long. Will just do 5 or so long weekends and a few longer trips. Hopefully it's a long season this year
