The Sandwich Man egg salad sandwich review

Last night I ran to Walgreens to grab some wrapping paper. While there I saw this sandwich in the cooler and thought it would be good for dinner with my leftover red beans and fish.
I remember in college, I would destroy some Mrs. Drake's egg salad sandwiches. I have yet to find a decent replacement.
I was happy that the egg salad was spread to the edges. This is one thing that's hard to find with gas station sandwiches.
It was also nicely filled.
The egg salad was good, but I believe it was a little sweet for my tastes. As far as gas station sandwiches go, I'd give it a 6.2/10. I'd eat it again, but it's no Mrs. Drake's.

Keep up the good work!
Although I'm not a fan. I like maybe the first half of an egg salad sandwich then hate the rest.
Kind of like how I love the first deviled egg then instantly don't like more than that.

I used to grab an occasional Southern Belle sandwich in BR at a convenience store .. Then they got busted for having rodent droppings all over the kitchen ..

One of my boss' first cases was a case similar to this. He kept the sandwich and the cockroach it came with in his freezer for a while before the trial.
I would have likely just thrown it away and considered it a loss.
