You've ordered a processed meal loaded with sodium and preservatives along with a whopping 1500 calories, yet you still order a Diet Coke.

Why not order a regular Coke or a good ole Dr. Pepper?

I have a fellow co-worker, big guy who will just throw down any and everything when we go to lunch during work...always gets a diet coke.

I prefer the taste of Diet Coke over any other soda.

I've reduced my intake to about 2-3 a week, but it is still the only soft drink I like.

Has nothing to do with calories.

Believe it or not maybe some people like the taste. I know regular Coke is too sweet and acidic for me. I prefer Coke Zero over Coke and Diet Coke just because it doesn't taste as strong.

I always order diet coke or dr pepper...its not about the calories it tastes better...I'd rather not drink something that is as sweet as syrup...would you be upset if they ordered unsweet tea?

Some people just don't like overly sweet things?

Not hard to understand.

Yep. The acidity of regular coke is insane. I hate it. It's just too much.
