A fast food coke is what, 300-400 calories?

Anyway, cutting out 170-400 calories a day could be very significant for some people.

Assuming they only get one refill.

And believe it or not, you can make smarter choices at a fast food restaurant. You don't have to get the triple quarter death burger with the extra large fry and a pie. Sometimes you're in a hurry and gotta eat.

The things people bitch about here.

When I go to the Health Club, I get pissed if I can't get a parking spot close to the entrance. I then proceed to walk 5 miles on a treadmill.

Some things just don't make sense.
