Yeah, I admit I want more gains. I don't do heavy lifting and I want to start. I just need a mentor to help me with it. I'm not comfortable doing it by myself.

Easy answer, when "you" actually feel old. That is a different age/number for everyone. I don't recover as fast as I used to so I've slowed down but I still feel young (compared to others my age).
