"People don't know what happens behind these walls. I am happy to see how we are going on offense."

My brothers roommate at LSU was Saul Graves. He was great in practice too.

Sad part is, they were light years better than what we put out there this year.

I would disagree with this. For a senior pupil of Jimbo Fisher, he was God awful. The only reason he played was because Russell wasn't ready. He made some plays, but the 1st quarter of the UF game he looked like Harris against AU.

My point in addressing your quote is that sometimes you miss, even when going by a plan. It happens. The staff took Rivers, brought in Mett, and thought they had Keihl wrapped up. Jennings was supposed to be a guy like the McMillan kid we are recruiting right now. He was a project, but had to play because out of the group we got, Keihl bailed (and did so at a point in the process that we didn't have a chance to bring in anyone else that year) Mett was great, but only had two years to start, and Rivers didn't develop and bailed too. People forget, but there was a backup plan. It just didn't work out.

If you look from Harris onward, they are laying a framework to have a progression of the same style QB from here on out. Hopefully they will retool the offense to match, and we will have continuity going forward.

As for Jennings, I think has was thrown in before he could be ready for what we did last year. He isn't built to run that any time soon. Neither is Harris. We won't know whether time would really help or not before throwing him into the fire because he's sitting in it now. Matt Mauck proved that it is possible to start absolutely horribly and look like you have 0 potential to pass the ball and get better. Randall is the flip side of that. Jennings probably sits on the Randall side of the equation, but we won't know that until he's done.

Has Lester's offensive philosophy all of a sudden changed? Les is gonna run the knuckle dragging, straight at you, three yards and a cloud of dust offense the rest of his tenure here. He has lost his balls somewhere between Matt Flynn and today.

Sorry that you have an agenda and can't be objective. Must be miserable, good luck with that.

I get it. So no one except other coaches who face Miles have any latitude to criticize his performance. No one else has any knowledge about anything in football? That really what you believe. Well, OK. What I do know is that the team he has recruited, developed, coached and led have not been able to beat 'Bama in the regular season since 2011. His team makes more mistakes i.e. unforced errors which lead to losses against Saban. Toss that in with some questionable decisions and/or some of his player making some ridiculously stupid mistakes and you have 3-4 loss seasons. As such no team goals outside of going to the Meaningless Bowl are reached. Offense has been his crowning underachievement despite a load of talent save QB. He needs to find one quickly. It is his team top to bottom, front to back, side to side. Who else is responsible for his team's record?

Ummmm what championships do you win in recruiting and practice

Wtf are you talking about? When did i say anything about winning championships in practice? Are you currently on some pills or something?

I went to the Spring Game and saw them play vs and I saw Harris look way better.

Who cares? It's way in the past and it was only one game.

With that being said, i've been wanting to see Harris since halfway through the season. Nothing you said has anything to do with what I said to you. You're an internet armchair coach.

Yes, nice point. You don't win championships in practice--it is won in the games, but obviously, practice is still important.

Does anyone think part of the problem is that Harris is a much better game than practice player, and Jennings is the reverse? Maybe that has been the situation in the 2014 season, hopefully, it won't be in 2015.

Jennings seems like a good guy, but not the kind of QB that can lead a team to a conference championship, esp. in this tough of a league.

Whatever the QB situation is, Miles & Cam need to figure it out so the 2015 season can be more along the times we were hoping and thinking it should be.

Hopefully, we can see both QBs play in the bowl game, but I have my doubts Miles and Cam will go for that.

Anthony struggled even in the Spring Game, I'm sure he looks great throwing WR drills, some guys are practice legends and workout warriors. Sounds more and more like Anthony Jennings has everything you would want but talent and ability to produce in games.

So you know more than someone who is actually on the team?? Nice

I suggest u research Sims and Marshall. Both played QB in high school. And yeah, Sims played RB his freshman year but QB the rest of his time at Al. And despite Ga making Marshall a DB he played QB in Jucco. So do you respond with dribble before you look at the facts???

"Drivel," not "dribble."

My main point is that both Sims and Marshall suceeded wildly their first year starting at QB, while AJ played poorly his first year starting. Not much to dispute there.
