Jalen Collins HAS NOT announced that he is declaring for draft (per his Twitter)

He might still announce, but HE hasn't said anything to anyone about it yet.
We need to respect when these guys want to announce, if they do.

Duh. The report said "sources close to LSU" believe Collins leaves but Mills stays. Obviously Collins hasn't announced but he has discussed it with his family, coaches, advisors, etc. Most (not all) of the kids who announce early do it together at a presser organized by LSU. I imagine they are waiting on that to make it official.

Yeah, I get how it works. I just think that we need to wait and let the kids decide and then announce. They could change their mind last minute one way or the other. J. Collins could stay and Kwon could go. Anything can still happen.
The only sure things that I have seen in the past few years were Patrick Peterson, Claiborne, Beckham, Landry, and Hill. It made no sense for them to come back. Other than that, it should be up in the air until they finally announce.

The "I didn't say that" denial is very different than the "I have not made a decision" denial.

I understand you're passionate bud, but you'd be better off assuming that any kid with any NFL value is gonna leave, they just want to get paid bottom line, they will let you down everytime

Yeah, I know. Still, though. He is saying to people on Twitter that he didn't say he was leaving. I know what it probably means, but I'd still rather not be so definitive about it until he announces.

Well it's not entirely shocking that media has disregarded integrity to break news. Not everyone is like this, but most will bend the rules to make a name for themselves.

Media are bloodhounds who will go off any "source" just to have the first piece of info out. They usually don't apologize for it if it is completely wrong either.
