Awesome video, but I don't believe the "lighting" excuse. Cars are too well insulated from the ground to get struck my lighting. Lighting is trying to find the path of least resistance to the ground and tires are too much of a barrier compared to their surrounding environments.
My guess is an RPG.

It's not an RPG.
It looks like one of the cars has a head-on collision with a car going in the opposite direction. I don't know how that ignites an explosion... but that's what it looks like.

Yeah, I don't know what happen but it definitely wasn't lightning.

Looks like it hits an oncoming car to me.

Cars get hit by lightening all of the time but rarely is there any harm done to the occupants.

I had to look at the video a third time, but it looks like a head-on collision now.

as the previous poster stated, the insulation factor from the tires makes a lightening strike less of a hazard, it can happen but it isn't that common, but in this video there is nothing remotely like a lighting strike occurring.

Yeah, there's a white looking SUV that seems to be going off to the left, so I doubt it was lightening...

if you've been close range to a lightening strike, and many of us have, you know that at that range you don't "not see it", it's all too obvious to see the blinding white light streaking down from the sky.
Not sure, they might be intimating that a static electrical spark somehow ignited the explosion, which could be possible, assuming the car had some really volatile cargo on board.

Transferring things you see on facebook and putting it on this site needs to be bannable. Video is fake.
