Anyone have any idea on where a coke cooler can be purchased without spending thousands of dollars?( the kind with a door that is opened and closed?)buddy has one he got when a shell went out of business and it makes an excellent beer cooler as it can be adjusted down to like 33 degrees.

Ebay has a bunch of them but you will probably have to go pick it up.

Why do you cool your coke? I always keep mine at room temp. Makes it easier to snort

I have a bad arse one in my pier house. Glass front door that opens via hinges, not slide and wrapped to look like a coke machine on sides etc. Made by turbo air or some other company. Got my hands on it when we redeveloped a old golf course and clubhouse and were told to remove all equipment at dispose of as we saw fit

I have one kinda like these (more like the one on the right), holds around 144 bottles of beer.. also rigged it to either charge or not charge with a few specially placed buttons. I paid $100 dollars for it about 10 years ago ... but I think it was a bit of a steal... just gotta keep a eye out.. craigslist...etc.

I saw one at the Mail Bag on Jefferson - small place across from Towne center and by the Goodwood Hardware shopping center. It is a tiny place with an antique shop connected. They had one for sale and it was very cool. The owner said that it worked perfectly.

I have one exactly like the left one as well. Paid 150 for it. Pretty much going rate since they arent as desirable as a round corner one. I used a jumper wire with a momentary switch to vend rather than the coins. But the coin will work if I plug it back in.

there are tons and tons of energy drink coolers on Craigslist. I bought four last year at $40 each and sold them for $200 each (still a deal for a commercial cooler)

If it has to be a Coke product you will pay more.

Craigslist

My dad buys them and restores them.

I know it's a different appliance, but if he restores, he should get into old ovens.

Buy an Okeefe and Merrit from a yard sale or Craigslist for $100, put $400 worth of new valves and gas lines* in it, clean it up, sell for $3-4k.

*Commercial modern pilot light systems, (never go full electric unless you have a buyer)
