Tilquin makes a damn fine gueuze too. Depending on the batch, I wouldn't be surprised if I pick it over Cantillon or 3F in a side-by-side.

Have you had the Belgian Strong Dark? Its one of their best.

ETA: The brewery is in a sweet location, too.

Yea, you're probably going to be limited by local selection at some point. We're lucky to get all the Belgian lambics in south Louisiana.
