Do you believe that Mett can stay healthy operating behind the Titan's OL?

Denver couldn't wait to get rid of him. Cutler is a cancer.

If this is even happening, whether this is a good, okay, or terrible move totally depends on what they give up to get him. If they trade a late pick and Chicago keeps a lot of the contract it is a great move. If they did something dumb like trade a first or second it is idiotic.

Cutler is a middle of the NFL QB. I'd put me between like 12-20. Not elite, not near elite, but about half the teams are trotting out someone just as bad or worse.

Read the thread. There's been some idiotic jump to conclusion posts in here but also some reasonable ones.

Summary:
- Bears are willing to get rid of him for nothing.
- it appears to be simply a temporary fix for the Titans
- I don't think the Titans want to draft a QB from this draft class. They need to trade back and accumulate picks.

But like GumbroJackson said, it being a good/bad/ugly move depends on bottomline price.

Cutler is underrated.

Underrated QBs dont sign 7 year, $126 mil contracts with $50+ mil guaranteed, yes? If anything he is severely overrated.

183/130 TD:INT for his career

1 4k+ yard season, 0 30+ TD seasons.. I mean, even Eli Manning has multiple 4k seasons and a 30+ TD season under his belt.

Is Cutler better than the Shaun Hill, Ryan Fitzpatrick's of this NFL? Of course. Is he worth $126 mil? Hell no

His contract is an absolute embarrassment. Hopefully, the Titans won't be paying him anymore than the Shaun Hill's and Fitz's of the league.

I don't mind Cutler getting pummeled for a few seasons And have Mett watching and learning behind Cutler. I think of it as an Aaron Rodgers type scenario. Best thing that ever happened to him was sitting behind Farve
