Lol, show me where the constitution outlaws weed. If you respond with something about the supremacy clause, I'm gonna LOL at you again, because it doesn't apply here.

All the states can do is ask the executive branch to enforce the federal law, but we know they wont on this issue.

Liberals like the tax revenue and conservatives won't want to trample state's rights. No way FedGov touches this regardless of who's running things.

Do states have to enforce federal laws?
Pretty sure the courts told Arizona to stop the enforcement of immigrations laws.

Ignorance and jealousy. Colorado kicks their as in just about every standard of living measurement.

Anyway, good news for us if the red states continue to fight legalization. We're rolling in it, over here.
