I remember reading years ago, when gas was about 1.75 a gal, that one particular station offered you to buy bulk at the current price. You could buy 1000 gallons worth of gas for the 1.75 price. All on paper of course. That is about 50 fill ups at 1.75 per gallon. If the price goes up you do well, if it drops, then you lose.
