Yep. Depends on if the OP wants to hunt or if he wants to get even. Bout the only way he's gonna get to hunt is if he makes peace. If he wants to get even, then the sky is the limit, but knowing the types he's talking about I wouldn't be in a hurry to start a pissing contest.

Picture a capital T. I own the top and lease the leg from my uncle. They own on each side of the leg.

MS paint diagrams are the best medium to convey the layout, my imagination is not great.

A related story...

My son got his first gun for Christmas a few years ago, so we go up to the land to shoot. A little while later this fat fck and his pissant nephew comes hauling arse over on a 4 wheeler screaming I messed up their hunt.

A person's hunting is no more important than my target shooting or dirt bike riding. Now I do limit this during hunting season and do it say between 11:00 & 3:00... but if some dude leasing the property next to me, that I own, is going to start some shite... well fck that guy!

I'd also do a lot more, but I wouldn't post it here.
I bet whatever that is, it would work, too.

This x 1000000 People rent 40 acres and think they are on the ponderosa and should hear or see no one. The OP claims he is leasing a strip that passes through their land. Yet he expects silence from his neighbors.

Be a man and speak to your neighbors, I am quite sure you can work something out. Or be a coward and keep complaining about it anonymously online. That is sure to work

That's not what the OP implied. He is saying they are doing stuff to intentionally screw up his hunting. Not illegal, but not really nice of them if that's the case.

That would be a matter of perspective, hunting times and screw off times for employed people are pretty much the same, you know weekends, holidays and afternoons. My point was if he talks to them like a grown up he will most likely find it has nothing to do with him or his hunting, just the time of the day/week they have to do as they wish on their property.

Long:

Dude leased land next to ours and put a box stand on a pasture about 10 ft from the road I drive in on. The Ole Lady and I were drinking one afternoon and riding around at dark, I shot a Armadillo with a 30-06 about 50 yards from his stand.

Never knew he was in it ha ha

I'm sure I ruined his day

Nah dude. I didn't just rent 40 acres and these are not people you have a civilized conversations with. I've tried. These or 50+ year old registered assholes and hardcore alcoholic assholes at that. It's a relatives land that borders mine and he doesn't want these idiots all over his property. These frick sticks idea of hunting is driving in at daylight and dark and shooting from trucks and utv's during the week and fricking up surrounding landowners on weekends. They don't want people shooting "their" deer but they never hunt like a man and will screw up their own chances just to screw you up. These are not people coming to just enjoy time in the outdoors during their time off.

This part is easily dealt with if they are trespassing.

This is their right if we like it or not. Good luck.

These are two separate issues, one is an illegal act, the other is not. Do you really think the fact you want to hunt should dictate what a neighbor does on their own property? If so you are in for a huge disappointment. A separate issue is getting into a pissing contest with several

This is what I was thinking. Mention you're concerned they're hunting out of season or something because that's what it sounds like.

Good for you, but before 11 and after 3 are not always the best hunting times. There is no time of day that is the best every day. Sometimes noon is the best time

Eta: not aimed just at you, but I think many people would be shocked at what they would see if they stayed in the stand past 11 or got there before 2
