Anybody every successfully put a stop to a-hole neighbors on hunting land? Talking about real jackass personalities doing stuff like riding around or chainsawing or sending crowds of people just to screw you up?

That's the problem. I have the woods and crp and they have bean field and pecan or orchard on both sides of me and they purposefully come riding 4 wheelers and trucks at prime time just to be asses. I joined a club to have a place to not deal with this but getting tired of this cause it's screwing up what I have in my own back yard. These are 50 something year old hardcore assholes so it's not something easily dealt with but it's time to put a stop to it.

I guess similar to disturbing the peace if you can prove they are doing it on purpose but that's almost impossible.

Go over to bayoushooter.com and invite the Class III guys over for a machine gun shoot around the time they frick with you. Also invest in some tannerite. Put some along the fence line where they drive.

I'd get someone to drop me off on the side of the road when I hunt, so the neighbors don't see my truck and know I'm there.

I'd also do a lot more, but I wouldn't post it here.

How big of a piece did you lease, and is their land totally surrounding yours? We need a sketch of your lease, the assholes' entrance/exit points, patterns, habitat types (if field, what is currently planted in it), etc. Give some details and we can come up with a plan. I'm not good at many things, but sabotaging people who are fricking with my hunting is one of them.

Edit: I just re-read and saw this is on the property you live on, not the lease.......make a sketch still.

Well chain sawing on their own land isn't disturbing the peace. I hunt myself but I also have shite to do on my property and limited time to do it. I stay out of the woods as much as I can but I have pasture and fences that need work and I've got to do it. Not being an a-hole just working my property.

I understand if they are deliberate and being assholes but I just don't see it as illegal .

We had some horrible neighbors leasing the property next to us. He had leased 85 acres with a small cabin right on the property line.

Shooting non stop from the top of the hill with no backstop (right above our cabin) like it was a rifle range. At least 7 people hunting the land and all neighboring property. Stole feeders, cameras, stands. ABuilt their ourhouse on our side of the property line. Threatened our logger for cutting "his" trees. Baiting on the property line - illegal in AL. littering was probably the worst. Riding our atv trails in trucks nad jeeps "looking for one he shot" during hunting hours.

Just pisses me off thinking about all we had to put up with.

How did we get rid of him? We bought the property he had leased and clear cut it. Told him we did nto wish to renew his lease and when he was one day late with the check we terminated the lease.

This is the kind of stuff I'm talking about but they own the surrounding land. In fact they are riding around right now and have gone through at least 2 boxes of shells in the last 30 min.

#1 Find the most frequently driven trails and roofing tack it in several different somewhat low profile areas....every time they think they found them you had them in other places as well.

#2 Harvey Updyke the shite out of that pecan orchard with spike 80DF.

#3 Bean fields can be round up'ed or 24D'd really easy at night on a full moon with a sprayer and 4 wheeler with no lights on.

#4 If they have gates and locks to their property continually the locks and chain and discard them every time they replace them.

#5 Plant Marijuana in the bean field several rows back and then as it gets about bean height call and report you seen it from your side of the fence and thought it was weed.

#6 Randomly cut down good ornamental or really noticeable tress on there place when they are not around...one here one there....really frick with there mind
