This seems pretty interesting. I'm wondering if it works any better than the fitbit or other sleep monitoring devices.

My issue is - do these things now make sleep and added stress factor? I get that the data could be helpful, but I'd see myself worrying about sleep, treating it like a competitive event, trying to improve my score.

And, what if you wake up feeling great, but the data says you should feel like shite, now you'll start to get the reverse-placebo effect.

that happened to me with a smart watch. It kept saying I wasn't getting enough deep sleep. And, I felt tired and groggy for a week.

Put it on the nightstand while I sleep and I feel great now.
