ANY NFL team has more money to pay coaches like Harbaugh to come in and turn them around.
You don't think Oakland, NYJ or Chicago can pay him 9 million per year?
And if Oakland wanted to fire the GM, they'd write the check. Simple as that.

Agreed. I mean, the small market Saints have footballs highest paid coach at the moment.

Yea but if they go cheap with the assistant coaches it will be a problem and revolving door at those hires.

not as impressive as 10 yrs/100 mill

raiders does not have that money. it is very simple. just crunch the numbers.
michigan number was calculated with the help of miami dolphins. They know this number raiders, jets can not beat.
If jh rejects the offer, it is because he want to stay in nfl. Not because of money.

they are probably just matching saban's contract with a million dollar a year stipend to have to live in michigan.

Could number be floated by Harbaugh's agent to drive up negotiation with NFL teams? Certainly possible.

You're high. Woody Johnson is worth $3.5 billion and could pay Harbaugh whatever he wanted to.

Yeah - Miles should call Michigan and let 'em know he'll go for cheaper

Possible, but it came from the Michigan side yesterday.

Yeah, but you're a Tennessee fan, so you'll get neither and be stuck with average to slightly above average coaches for the foreseeable future. Good luck finishing the year with a winning record for the first time since Bama's OC was your Head Coach.

Yea, you're dumb!

Well if they really want him they are gona have to pay and he did just play in a Super Bowl. It would be a great hire if they can pull this off and will probobly end up being a great deal if he turns their program back around. I mean name a coach you would rather have he's up there with the best in NFL and college so open the check book and it would be a home run hire.

You do understand that you're talking to somebody who thinks that Michigan's program is on a par with Alabama's, right?
