i imagine that Buzz would be his first kill, by at least the age of 12...like maybe slowly poison him over time, or put small shards of glass in his meals that tear up his stomach

I imagine that he abducts the homeless and puts them through tortuous challenges of traps similar to what he put the bandits through. He'll probably never get caught because no one really cares about the homeless.

while buzz clearly torments him and has contributed to his childhood trauma, I don't see him as the focus of future kevin's murderous emotions

clearly the issues are with mommy dearest...he probably will never kill her, but do so vicariously through the murder of others
